Meet Patrick

Patrick Reiser has spent over 20 years on both sides of the construction table, managing estimates, reviewing contractor proposals, verifying pay apps, and advocating for cost clarity from every angle. He founded Reiser Cost Consultants to deliver the kind of expert, owner-focused support that owner’s deserve.

When you work with RCC, you’re not being handed off to junior staff. You’ll work directly with Patrick, and when needed, trusted collaborators under his direct oversight. Accredited by the National Association of Construction Auditors as a Construction Control Professional, Patrick has also presented at the annual Best Practices Roundtable hosted by the Construction Audit and Cost Control Institute. He is an alumnus of James Madison University and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
