Meet Patrick
Patrick Reiser has spent over 20 years on both sides of the construction table, managing estimates, reviewing contractor proposals, verifying pay apps, and advocating for cost clarity from every angle. He founded Reiser Cost Consultants to deliver the kind of expert, owner-focused support that owner’s deserve.

He is an alumnus of James Madison University and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
